We are a growing company specializing in project management, design, and engineering which covers architectural steel & finishes, structural steel, building façade, hard landscape, fuel system and telecommunication. Our aim is to develop a team of professionals who are committed and competent in Malaysia. Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects.
  • Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
  • Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirement.
  • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
  • Review engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
  • Perform all duties assigned by the superior.

Requirement:

  • Fresh graduate or experienced individuals who have experience as Project Engineer.
  • Good command of design software such as AutoCAD.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.- Familiar with rules, regulations, practices and performance standards.
  • Able to work with multiple discipline projects.
  • Project management and supervision skills.
  • Decision making ability and leadership.
  • BS degree in Engineering or relevant field

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering scope of project through principal design phase, detailed design, supplier selection, tender evaluation, contract execution, delivery of equipment, execution of work and make daily decisions on engineering activities.
  • Demonstrate sound supervision of budgeting, cost estimation and contract specifications.
  • Keep the business drivers of the project in sight throughout the project life-cycle and ensuring the outcomes are realized through the deliverable.
  • Attend, prepare and report for all meetings in relation to the project.
  • Ensure that all systems are in place to ensure works are completed in accordance with the company’s values.

Requirement:

  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
  • Excellent track record in leading projects, managing actions plan, coordinating with multiple stakeholders etc.
  • Must be able to manage time constraint projects and aggressively push for progress and completion.
  • Familiar with rules, regulations, practices and performance standards.- Able to coordinate and drive multiple discipline projects.
  • Project management and supervision skills.
  • Decision making ability and leadership.
  • Strong communicator, independent, assertive and accountable.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist engineers to develop working and coordination drawing for execution.
  • Modify drawing as and when required by the customer or project team. Provide daily administration and support for the team.- Carry out administrative tasks.
  • Ensure efficient and effective filing to enable smooth data retrieving at all time.
  • Assist in all the ad-hoc tasks assigned.
  • Perform all duties assigned by the superior.

Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree (preferably Civil Engineering) in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements.
  • Self-motivated with good demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong technical attributes (e.g. attention to details, highly organized and knowledge on construction)
  • Skilled at operating CAD systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist engineers to develop working and coordination drawing for execution.
  • Modify drawing as and when required by the customer or project team.
  • Ensure efficient and effective filing to enable smooth data retrieving at all time.

Requirement:

  • Currently completed Diploma/ Bachelor or higher Degree (preferably Civil Eng/Mechanical Eng/ Architectural) in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements.
  • Self-motivated with good demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong technical attributes (e.g. attention to details, highly organized and knowledge of construction)
  • Skilled at operating CAD systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
  • Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity.
  • Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Order supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
  • Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
  • Maintain records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
  • Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

Requirement:

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificates in business administration, management, logistics, or a related is preferred.
  • Previously worked as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar management job.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse management and operations.
  • Ability to delegate tasks and manage productivity.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

Admin
  • Attend to HR functional inquiries, requests and transactions as assigned in accordance to established policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks such as offer letter, interview arrangement are processed, documented and delivered at a quality standard.
  • Ensure work instructions are diligently followed & escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure all new process updates are incorporated while processing transactions.
  • Respond to emails and inquires on timely manner.
Accounting
  • Support the finance department by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks.
  • Enter financial information into appropriate software programs.
  • Process expenses request, posting daily payments.
  • Handle staff payrolls.
  • Sorting administrative works in matters of foreign laborer.
  • Handle accruals and pre payments, staff claim & petty cash record.
  • Sort financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts.
  • Review account payable transactions for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Any other accounts related duties and special task from Top Management.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelors Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related field.
  • Knowledge in full set of accounts will be added advantage.
  • Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess good working attitude and able work well with other department team members.
