We are a growing company specializing in project management, design, and engineering which covers architectural steel & finishes, structural steel, facade, hard landscape, fuel system and telecommunication. Our aim is to develop a team of professionals who are committed and competent in Malaysia. To achieve this target, we will be recruiting talents and providing a good platform for self-development and achievements.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects.
  • Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
  • Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirement.
  • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
  • Review engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
  • Perform all duties assigned by the superior.

Requirement:

  • Fresh graduate or experienced individuals who have experience as Project Engineer.
  • Good command of design software such as AutoCAD.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.- Familiar with rules, regulations, practices and performance standards.
  • Able to work with multiple discipline projects.
  • Project management and supervision skills.
  • Decision making ability and leadership.
  • BS degree in Engineering or relevant field

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering scope of project through principal design phase, detailed design, supplier selection, tender evaluation, contract execution, delivery of equipment, execution of work and make daily decisions on engineering activities.
  • Demonstrate sound supervision of budgeting, cost estimation and contract specifications.
  • Keep the business drivers of the project in sight throughout the project life-cycle and ensuring the outcomes are realized through the deliverable.
  • Attend, prepare and report for all meetings in relation to the project.
  • Ensure that all systems are in place to ensure works are completed in accordance with the company’s values.

Requirement:

  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
  • Excellent track record in leading projects, managing actions plan, coordinating with multiple stakeholders etc.
  • Must be able to manage time constraint projects and aggressively push for progress and completion.
  • Familiar with rules, regulations, practices and performance standards.- Able to coordinate and drive multiple discipline projects.
  • Project management and supervision skills.
  • Decision making ability and leadership.
  • Strong communicator, independent, assertive and accountable.
  • Foresight to anticipate potential setbacks, proactive and meticulous.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist engineers to develop working and coordination drawing for execution.
  • Modify drawing as and when required by the customer or project team.
  • Ensure efficient and effective filing to enable smooth data retrieving at all time.

Requirement:

  • Currently completed Diploma/ Bachelor or higher Degree (preferably Civil Eng/Mechanical Eng/ Architectural) in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements.
  • Self-motivated with good demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong technical attributes (e.g. attention to details, highly organized and knowledge of construction)
  • Skilled at operating CAD systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist engineers to develop working and coordination drawing for execution.
  • Modify drawing as and when required by the customer or project team. Provide daily administration and support for the team.- Carry out administrative tasks.
  • Ensure efficient and effective filing to enable smooth data retrieving at all time.
  • Assist in all the ad-hoc tasks assigned.
  • Perform all duties assigned by the superior.

Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree (preferably Civil Engineering) in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements.
  • Self-motivated with good demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong technical attributes (e.g. attention to details, highly organized and knowledge on construction)
  • Skilled at operating CAD systems.
